Their offerings are generous and varied, with more than 50 handmade products on the menu. They also provide curbside pick‑up for added convenience, bringing quality meats from their store directly to your home.

Both new owners grew up in the region—Bobby taking on the longtime shop with care and Dakota drawing on her roots and family’s cattle‑raising experience.
